Your credit card reports a charge to Authorize.Net? That would be our charge for
your membership. We will never "re-bill" or "re-new" your membership.
For a new membership beyond 30 or 60 days, you will have to re-apply.
We process in U.S. dollars.
You can download as many videos as you want for later viewing on your
own computer UP TO 10Gig. If you exceed that amount we will ask for
$1 per additional gigabyte downloaded. Our site has approximately 30Gig of videos.
If you download everything the total cost to you will be the cost of the
membership PLUS an additional $20.
AVI files can be viewed using the AVI codec for Windows
or using RealPlayer (which installs the AVI codec when you install RealPlayer).
If you are using a Mac then you should have the AVI codec for
Quicktime installed or the RealPlayer for Mac.
WMV files can be viewed using Microsoft's Media Player.
Some free e-mail servers like Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL, may block or
place our response to your inquiries in the junk mail folder. Please
check the junk folder for our response if you don't see it in your main inbox folder.
