| Abuse of memberships, such as
password trading or selling, the use of downloading software (e.g.,
Gozilla, Teleport Pro, etc) or any other form of excessive downloading
may incur additional charges to your membership and may result in your
membership being blocked with no refund. Excessive downloading is based on the amount of content available on the site compared to how much is downloaded. Currently the site is approximately 10 gigabytes in size, that is all three quality versions of eveyr video, photo, image and html page on the site. Downloading aove that is considered needless and excessive. Once you have downloaded 10 gigabytes from the site you have downloaded everything. Most members do not download anywhere near 10 gigabytes during the duration of their membership, the only time it is exceeded is when membership abuse occurs. Membership abuse fees are based on the amount of bandwidth used minius the size of the site times $3.00 per gigabyte (e.g., used 25gb - 10Gig X $3 per Gigabyte = $45). Fees for membership abuse will be based on a case by case and generally will not occur unless the 10 gigabyte threshold is reached within the first week of membership. The reasons for this policy are simple, it costs me needless money when a membership is abused, it also affects other members when excessive downloading occurs from things such as downloading software, causing their downloading affected. Any information we collect for the purchase of membership(s) is housed on our secure server using undisclosed security software with the highest level of anti-hacking security in place. Your credit card details are deleted off of the server after we have manually processed your credit card, and your receipt material is stored for a period of at least six months at Chauvet & Company (Chauvet.com) business headquarters after which it is properly destroyed. It is our interest that our members privacy is ensured and that all credit card numbers and personally identifiable material is destroyed properly. We take such measures to help stop fraud of any means but in particular on the internet which is detrimental to the image of our business.
